Terms of Delivery
After an order is received (on weekdays: Monday thru Friday), we will endeavour to get your shipment shipped via Canada Post within 3 business days when we have the product in store and within 10 working days if we have to order it in. For pick-up orders, we will have in-stock product ready for pick up within 1 hour if the order is received before 5PM weekdays and 4PM on Saturdays.
We cannot be held responsible to delays, incorrect, missing or damaged products caused by suppliers and their carriers. When such errors are identified, we will make an effort to contact the purchaser to advise them of the issue and permit them to cancel that part of their order, if they wish.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Products sold by Tracker’s Pet Supply are new and guaranteed to be without defect. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, product images or any other content found in this website are accurate, complete or error free.
We cannot accept returns of Frozen Products or Electronics.
If at reception a product is found to be damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered, Tracker’s Pet Supply will undertake to exchange or refund it, including delivery charges, provided the product is returned in the original packaging along with the delivery notice, a copy of the invoice and within 15 days of the delivery date.
A customer who wishes to return a product for another reason may choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund. The exchange must take place within the time period provided set out above. For the return of non-defective items, products must be returned in the original packaging along with the delivery notice and a copy of the invoice. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 50% depending on the stock conditions.
Customers must contact Tracker’s Pet supply @ 780.675.7977 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any merchandise. If product is eligible for refund, the we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To be accepted, all returns must have an authorization number.
